Our Story

Our Company T.I.M. was set up in 2021 as a result of our professional passion combined with a secret know-how and years of work experience in security assurance. We approach the B-secure domain in a complex manner by identifying and counteracting any new security threats using our legal expertise, especially in criminal procedure, industrial property, and all aspects of intelligence analysis. We specialise in corporate detective and investigation services focused on brand protection.

Our Team

We've been operating on the market as a dynamically developing business for over two years. During that time, we adapted [our offer] to the wants and needs of our existing and prospective customers as the major security challenges had been identified. Our team consists of experts with a law enforcement background who are proficient with operational and investigative tools and techniques. Amongst our team members there are graduates of the elite FBI National Academy (FBINAA) in Quantico, a leadership training organisation bringing together over 17,000 law enforcement executives from all over the world. Our experts gained vast experience in international cooperation which included professional secondments in the United Kingdom, regularly acting as guest speakers at EUROPOL and INTERPOL conferences, as well as receiving foreign domestic and recognition and many official awards.

Our Services

Brand protection

Counterfeiting of trade marks has nowadays become one of the most serious and prolific business threats. The production and sale of fake goods is worth billions and creates an issue for consumers, producers and governments. However, intellectual property offences are mostly detrimental to the trade mark owners who not only miss out on their profits but also suffer from the loss of public image, reputation and consumer trust. According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) even 5% of the overall import to the EU is deemed to be of fake or counterfeit goods.

T.I.M. offers customers the three main variants of brand protection: an active, passive and a combined option, which differ in scope of undertaken investigative activities. Our Team is prepared is to both identify trademark infringements and to support law enforcement agencies in their official responses. 

Business partner verification

A common threat to businesses is posed by unreliable, hostile or fraudulent trade partners. Credibility checks are required to counteract this threat and thoroughly verify the abilities and intentions of prospective long-term trade partners as well as one-off contractors.

Rapid technological advancements have enabled the detrimental use of unauthorised data access and possession of strategic business information to gain competitive advantage. Accessing confidential information and trade secrets has also increased with the use of special covert technologies like GPS transmitters and wiretaps.

To counteract this type of threat, T.I.M. will ensure the safety of running a business by i.a.: facilitating confidential meetings, securing the meeting premises and vehicles to eliminate potential surveillance devices, and the security verification of customer's internal communication channels.
 

Support of law firms in evidence identification

Our experience, expertise and investigative skills when handling the evidence procedure as well as the criminal analysis, enable T.I.M. to support law firms with the carriers, recording and transfer of evidence for the purpose of both criminal and civil proceedings. We're open to both a continuous or an ad-hoc cooperation arrangement that can pertain either to the whole or a selected part of the proceedings.

Trainings

On top of our core services for business, T.I.M. offers trainings focused on elevating the
B-secure awareness within a customer's organisation, as well as identifying and catering to the specific, current and ongoing training needs. The structure, selection of topics and the choice of expert lecturers can be tailored to the individual needs and preferences (including a training involving our fellow security specialists and counterparts from the US).
